We stayed here before, always clean and inviting rooms on upper floors. Really enjoyed the location in the shopping center. Moreover, it's not far from many restaurants and shops and walking trails and the breakfast and housekeeping areas.

The room is new-fashioned and neat. Exceptional people are working. The ambiance is family. The location of the hotel is great, near the surrounding shopping areas, and many shops and restaurants.

Views are ugly and the bathrooms are very dated.

The room was great - roomy, comfortable, modern, and functional. The soaps and shampoo provided were terrific. The entire place was very clean and I noticed the staff cleaning public spaces. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the included breakfast had a nice selection of hot and not-hot items. The hotel also had a gym, pool, and guest laundry facilities, which were convenient for a long stay. The staff was professional and friendly, and I especially liked the bar where I could bring a drink back to my room. The location was also convenient, being off the freeway and next to great shopping.

The position was great, eateries and a stadium are close to the hotel. The employees were exceptional all the time. The breakfast was warm and free with yogurt and also cereal due to covid, and the outdoor bar was a plus.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Eugene and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and affordable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options that even satisfied our children. The kitchen staff were professional and made our mornings enjoyable. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, allowing us to bring our dog along for a convenient and fun stay. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
